My first experiences with writing began with journals, both online and off,
but it was really when I started blogging more than a decade ago that writing became such a part of me,
I don’t think anyone could know me well if they did not read what I wrote.
Blog + Cookbook:
First and foremost, I write on my blog, Dish by Dish - where my personal stories intertwine with tried and tested recipes. Drop by my blog and say hello, preferably with a cookie in one hand, and a steeping mug of tea in the other!
My first ever e-cookbook, Simple Healthy Breads & Treats, was self-published in July 2015, and it features 30 grain-free recipes for baked goods.
